So I finally got around to upgrading my MX350 from 24v to 36v. I bought a new controller from TNC scooters which is for a MX500 so everything plugs right in. The only thing happening is the on/off switch lights up and when I turn the throttle nothing happens.

Any easy fixes?

it sounds like a bad connection to me.check the throttle connector, maybe this controller has a different three wire configuration.

Thanks guys, btw it was a 4 wire throttle. I got the 4 wire throttle for the mx500 and it works. It was so nice to just plug and play on this one. I can tell a difference and so can my daughter, she loves it.
